Welcome to Destiny Alive Church

"Where Your God-Given Destiny Will Become A Living Reality"

The vision of Destiny Alive Church was given prophetically by the Holy Spirit to Tim Banfield in early 2016 (See "Vision"). The church's purpose is to see real Christianity alive in our world and firmly establish in people:

i. Passionate yearning to know & experience Jesus Christ through Him crucified and His resurrected life (Philippians 3:10; 1 Corinthians 2:2);

ii. The kingdom of God and His righteousness (Matthew 6:10,33); and

iii. Their God-given destiny.

Destiny Alive Church is to become a haven for strong and stable Christians of the Illawarra, or for that matter, anyone, to come & experience the resurrection life of Jesus Christ through Apostolic and Prophetic ministry.

We warmly welcome anyone to come & encounter God in our midst, as once you do, you will come to know that you were born for a royal purpose, "...for such a time as this..." (Esther 4:14).

Destiny Alive Church began in September 2020 with a public conference called, "Essential Prophetic Conference". Since then, we have been connecting with our members through weekly home groups, social events, and then another public conference held in May 2021 called, "Bombora". All of that came to a pause come late June 2021 with virtually a government enforced 5 month COVID Lockdown.

However, "What, then, are we to say about these things? If God is for us, who is against us?" -- Romans 8:31 (CSB).

So, we end 2021 with fresh hope, and we enter 2022 with the beginning of weekly public services in February (See "Join") to bring a distinct, bold, and Spirit-empowered message for the Christian believer to achieve their God-given destiny -

"So we are convinced that every detail of our lives is continually woven together to fit into God's perfect plan of bringing good into our lives, for we are His lovers who have been called to fulfill His designed purpose" (Romans 8:28, The Passion Translation).

"Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied" - Matthew 5:6
